Meet your photographer

Hi, I’m Madelyn.

An artist at heart, I have always loved dance, theatre, and creating with my hands since I was a child. When I picked up my first film camera in college and started shooting just for fun, I never looked back! Later I inherited my first digital camera from my grandfather, who was also a photographer (my dad is a photographer too, so you could say it runs in the family).

Originally from Virginia, I am now settling into my new home in SLC, UT. In addition to photography, I also teach preschool at Grateful Gathering Forest School and lead Young Life at Highland High School.

I believe that we are all uniquely handcrafted in the image of God, and that as those who are made in the image of the Creator, we are also designed to create. It delights the Lord to reflect the beauty of the ones he has made through photography. It is my desire to create with authenticity and honesty, crafting images that are true-to-life & true-to-you.
